摘要：
At first the author divides many influence factors on housing price into 4 sorts, secondly synthetically evaluate 4 sorts of indexes by principal component analysis, then get a sequence of influence factors by grey correlational balance and approach analysis, at last find out the reason that really causes the high housing price of Shenzhen.
