摘要：
In the title compound, C(17)H(17)NO(2), the phenylene rings are nearly coplanar [dihedral angle 7.3 (1)degrees]. The acetamido group is twisted out of the plane of the aromatic ring in order to form an N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond to the acetamido group of an adjacent molecule, generating a helical chain running along the b axis.
