摘要
This paper presents modeling method for bidirectional conducted noise simulation of the DC-DC converter. The DC-DC converter leaks conducted noise in both directions on the input and output sides, causing malfunctions in peripheral electronic equipment. The bidirectional noise evaluation of the input and output sides performed by combining evaluation of the disturbance voltage and the leakage current through power lines. The bidirectional noise simulation can be performed by using equivalent circuits derived by measuring the leakage current flowing to LISN and output side power lines. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by confirming that the simulation results agree with the experimental results when EMI filter is inserted.
