摘要
In order to improve the performance of the pure electric vehicle, a new two-speed clutchless transmission was applied to the vehicle. The gear ratio choice principle, the gear shift control strategy and even the impacts on vehicle performance are researched. Simulation results show that it can reduce the maximum torque demand, the motor running speed and mechanical noise, and it can also improve the efficiency of the powertrain. Furthermore, the bench test shows that the motor active synchronization control can help the transmission achieve a high shifting quality.
