摘要
The educational and training systems are in the middle of changes, so they must adapt to increase the competitiveness. Technological changes have a significant impact on the human resources training needs, especially in terms of knowledge quality. For the professional development of their employees, the industrial organizations implement training systems which include courses delivered by internal professionals certified in different fields and e-learning training modules integrated in learning management systems (LMS) which capitalize the innovation and cooperation ability of the employees. This paper presents the significant changes regarding the professional training needs of human resources correlated with technological changes (dynamics of firms, technological impact), the training evolution within the technological development process, the effects of the present trends regarding the education and employment of the human resources, and an example of a LMS, which allows the employees to create, measure, evaluate and improve the learning programs within the organisation.
