摘要：
On the problem of cooperative knowledge innovation in supply chain alliance, the operation framework model of the supply chain alliance cooperative knowledge innovation is constructed based on the analysis of the supply chain alliance cooperative knowledge innovation process. The model includes four basic elements: knowledge demander, knowledge provider, knowledge service platform and knowledge database. Moreover, some management strategies are put forward to solve the problems that may exist in the process of the supply chain alliance cooperative knowledge innovation such as organization management, knowledge sharing, profit distribution and other key issues.
