摘要
The purpose of this study was to solve the two issues of research assumptions in the early research, namely: the important degree to which each dimension or sub-scales is equal in the questionnaire; and that the data set is reasonable enough for the test statistics to converge on an appropriate limiting normal or chi-square distribution, that is, each data configuration is performed well by asymptotic methods. In order to achieve these objectives, this study conducted two methods: document analysis and investigation. Survey subjects comprised 92 real estate brokers who were selected using random sampling and purposive sampling; there were 70 effective questionnaires. Three survey instruments were used in the study, including Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Job Descriptive Index (JDI) and Turnover Intentions. Finally, the data from the surveyed questionnaires were analysed using AHP, Frequency, ANOVA, Duncan's posteriori comparisons, chi-square and Monte Carlo algorithms p value of exact tests.
