摘要
This paper describes the results obtained in the teaching innovation project developed in the Faculty of Education of Ciudad Real using the Service-Learning (SL) methodology. It had the dual objective of finding out the impact on the learning of the service providers when designing and implementing activities related to body awareness and gender stereotypes, as well as assessing the perception of the teachers-tutors of the service recipients, infant school pupils. The study involved 28 female studying a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and 158 students in Early Childhood Education. A descriptive study was designed with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, and a focus group discussion, reflective questionnaires, and a questionnaire assessing the SL were carried out. The results highlighted the educational potential of the SL methodology, its contribution to the learning of the service providers, and the response to the needs of the students in the participating schools.
