摘要：

Empirical studies show different results concerning the usability of knowledge-based systems (KBS). This paper reports on a comparison of KBS with different techniques to support a complex planning problem - production planning. A framework for the comparison will be introduced. We describe the prototypes and finally discuss the results of the tests.
