摘要：
Electronic business information infrastructure(EBII) is introduced to achieve interoperability and information sharing among enterprises based on specifications,standards and openness in reference with Defense information infrastructure(DII). One technical reference model and some key architectures are depicted. Lastly, organizations management system which plans EBII is discussed.
