Investigation on Influencing Factors of Psychological Health of College Students

Using the method of literature on mental health of college students are analyzed, the main influence factors are the relationship between students, sense of responsibility, campus culture, learning pressure, goals, social competition, and self value from 16 aspects. The analysis thinks college students psychological health level is overall better, especially in the relationship between students, sense of social responsibility from two aspects which are of high value. Through the investigation we can see physical education on psychological health of college students has a positive guiding role.
