New performance indicators for the health and safety domain: A benchmarking use perspective

摘要：
Given the need of organisations to express their performance in the Health and Safety domain by positive indicators, such as the gains within that domain and proactive actions carried out to improve work conditions, a research effort has been carried out in order to respond to this particular need, or at least to have a valid contribute for that purpose. As a result of this effort, a performance scorecard oil occupational Health and Safety was developed and is briefly presented in this paper.
