摘要
The increasing availability of communication resources and platforms made possible for users to interact in a multi-device manner. In turn, crossmedia initiatives can enhance the users' experience combining a set of media, in a consistent way, which together will help them to attain interactive goals. Obviously, such complex applications require tools to increase the quality and productivity of application development tasks, such as requirements elicitation, internal communication and design. This paper is ail interdisciplinary study in which the use of linear and non-linear narrative abilities is proposed to mitigate the crossmedia application development complexity. A Proof of Concept is also conducted to evaluate the proposal feasibility into the Design of Communication.
