Photocarrier injection to YBa2CU3O7-x thin films

摘要
We have prepared YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films on n-type SrTiO3 substrates doped with Nb, and measured the in-plane resistance under ultraviolet light irradiation. An enhancement of the superconducting critical temperature is observed from 25 K up to 30 K with increasing light irradiance. Out-of-plane voltage measurements under light irradiation indicate hole carrier injection from the substrate to the film.
