摘要
This study considers a multi-product manufacturing system over a finite planning horizon. A mathematical model of optimal control is constructed to minimize the cost incurred by deviations of the inventory, work force, work time, and demand. A dynamic productivity has been incorporated into the model. The control theory techniques can be applied to solve this model. A numerical example demonstrates the feasibility of the mathematical model.
