Entry Models Location Characteristic of Foreign-funded Enterprise in China's Port Market

This paper focused on the entry mode's location characteristic of foreign-funded enterprise in Chinese six main port areas. This paper certified that the entry mode of foreign-funded capital holdings holds dominant position in China's port market, but different area has different characteristic: Surrounding Bohai Bay Area and Yangtze Delta Area favors the state-owned holdings mode; the tendency of using entry mode of foreign-funded capital holdings is obvious in Pearl River Delta Area; entry mode of balanced property rights is the major one in southeast area.
