摘要：
The knee is one of the most commonly involved joints in sports injuries related to our bipedal nature. Sports-related knee disorders may be related to overt acute trauma, repetitious activities, or be the sequelae of a prior acute injurv. This article reviews the most common sports medicine lesions encountered in clinical practice, and their magnetic resonance (MR) imaging appearance. Also reviewed are MR imaging techniques, pertinent normal anatomy, and biomechanics. Topics are divided according to anatomy in the following fashion: menisci, ligaments, tendons, osteochondral, osseous, and soft tissue.
