Study on the Cooperation Mechanism of University-Dominated University-Industry Knowledge Innovation Alliance

University-industry knowledge innovation alliance is an important way to improve the innovation capacity of colleges and universities and help them achieve extraordinary development. To fully play their functional role in personnel training, scientific research and social services, colleges and universities should seek to establish partnership with enterprises. From the perspective of universities, this paper aims to explore the cooperation motivation and characteristics of the alliance and, to propose cooperation guarantee mechanism based on the analysis of possible cooperation modes.
