摘要：
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) was described early in psychopathology but regarded as rare and difficult to treat. Since late sixties a lot of studies revealed a central significance of serotonin-neurotransmission. Clomipramine and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) have been effective in treatment as much as behavior therapy.
