摘要
Layer-by-layer (LbL) fashion is useful to control a growth orientation, thickness, and morphology during the construction of metal organic flameworks (MOFs). In this study, one of the MOFs, [Cu-2(bdc)(2)dabco](n), thin films was constructed by the LbL fashion on Au(100), which was modified with 4-mercapto benzoic acid (4-MBA) self-assembled monolayer (SAM). We investigated the MOF growth process using PM-FTIR-RAS, XPS, and XRD. Results of these measurements showed the successively construction of [Cu-2(bdc)(2)dabco](n) MOF thin films on Au(100).
