摘要
The likelihood function for estimation of parameters of laser Doppler anemometers is derived and ways for estimation of the most informative parameter, specifically, the Doppler frequency (velocity) are demonstrated. For the most widespread anemometer designs, the results of a model experiment, which characterize the quality of the estimates, are reported.
