The article analyses the procedure for implementing ERP-systems in economic facilities, in particular in the association of co-owners of a multi-apartment building. The study identified three main types of activities of the association of co-owners of a multi-apartment building, which should be investigated for the organization of the development and implementation of ERP-system. The following business process schemes for the activity of the association of owners of an apartment building were built: managing information about the house and personal accounts, managing personal accounts and managing housing and communal services. Based on the analysis of the stages of the developed business processes, elements of the ERP system for uniting the owners of an apartment building are identified: reference books "Houses and Structures", "Individuals", "Contractors", "Personal accounts" and documents "Management of benefits", "Management of subsidies", "Change of personal account", "Initial balances on settlements with consumers of services", "One-time charge of services", "Charging on personal accounts", "Closing of the month".
