摘要
We review the simultaneous effect of AC and DC fields on metallic and semiconductor nanoribbons and nanoribbons with hexagonal structure nanoribbons. Moreover, we define the density of the nonlinear surface current. We find that the amplitude of oscillation in zigzag nanoribbons is exponentially dependent on width and does not depend on width in armchair nanoribbons. The absolute negative conductivity in the nanoribbons was revealed. We define the magnitude of the nonlinear current in the conduction band, taking into account the approaches of dispersion law, based on the firstprinciple approach.
