摘要
With the hope of improving technical efficiency and ammunition quality during ammunition reclaim process, the paper develops an automatic ammunition reclaim system based on steam heating method and PLC control technology. Under comprehensive consideration of ammunition reclaim process and safety demand, the system is designed to be made up of ammunition discharging device, heating device, thermal insulation structure, scraping device and controlling unit. Analysis shows that by realizing an automatic control of the overall reclaiming process, this system will be of both great economic and practical value, that it will not only greatly reduces security risks but also improves the processing and reclaiming efficiency.
