摘要：
The noise immunity of transverse-mode echo inspection of austenitic welded joints having a thickness of 10-36 mm is investigated. It is shown that the noise immunity increases when the inspected volume of metal is localized and when the frequencies and angles of incidence of the beam on the fusion line of the weld are optimized.
