摘要
The review deals with the use of cyclodextrins (CD) and their derivatives as stationary phases in gas chromatography for separation of enantiomers of organic substances. Unlike the native cyclodextrins, their alkyl, acyl and tert-butyl(tri-methyl)silyl derivatives are successfully used as stationary phases in capillary gas chromatography. The enantioselectivity of the CD derivatives can be changed both by the nature of silyl substituents and by the type of CDs. alpha-, beta- and gamma-CD derivatives with bulkier substituents in positions 2 and 3 than in position 6 exhibit a specific enantioselectivity compared with those containing equal substituents.
