摘要:
Nd3+-Yb3+-Ho3+-doped beta-Na(Y1.5Na0.5)F-6 luminescent phosphor was synthesized. Green and red upconverted emission bands of Ho3+ were observed under 808 and 980 nm diode lasers excitations The Nd3+ ion. can enhance the emissions of Ho3+ under 808 nm excitation while it quenches emissions of Ho3+ under, 980 nm excitation. The investigation of temporal behaviors exhibit the rise times of green and red emissions are much shorter under 808 nm excitation than that under 980 nm excitation. The upconversion mechanisms under two excitation sources have been discussed in terms of the experiment results. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
