摘要
Optical absorption and photoluminescence of novel PbS-quantum-dot-doped aluminoalkali- silicate glasses was investigated. PbS nanocrystals with an average diameter of 3.3-5.4 nm were obtained by heat-treatment of the as-cast glass. An influence of temperature (490-510 degrees C) and duration (10-80 h) of heat-treatment on the optical properties of the glasses was studied. A possibility to shift the maximum of 1S-1S excitonic absorption peak in the spectral range of 0.85-1.4 mu m was demonstrated.
