摘要
The paper describes a finite element analysis of the arching action that takes place between steel Lintels and masonry walls. The predictions of contact length, lintel bending stress and masonry compressive stress are compared with an approximate solution. (C) 2000 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
