摘要
The e-readiness is an assessment tool designed to measure and analyse the level of ICT integration in development of country. Several tools of e-readiness using composite indicators approach to calculate the final index that characterizes the purpose of the e-readiness study. Based on selected individual indicators, composites can provide a way to benchmark and gauge the level of the countries' economic progress. The main goal of this paper is to present a comparative study of the best-known e-readiness composite indicators based on some criteria such as: the estimation of missing data, normalization, weighting, and index calculation.
