摘要
The development of preparative negative hydrophobic interaction chromatographic technique based on molecular structural descriptors and physicochemical descriptors e.g. the dissociation constant (pK(a)), partition coefficient (logP), and distribution coefficient (logD) for removal of a structurally related genotoxic dimer impurity from rizatriptan bulk drug is presented.
