The Legal Reform of China's Third-party Medical Platform in Network Era

By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the China's third-party pharmaceutical platform in the Internet age, this paper combines the opportunities and challenges existing in the network environment and proposes the following system proposals for the current situation: the laws and regulations on pharmaceutical e-commerce should be established and improved; the state's support for the network infrastructure of pharmaceutical enterprises should be given; the information should be deeply mined to provide more guidance services for the platform users; the successful experience of third party electronic trading platforms in other industries should be referred to so as to establish a secure online payment platform.
