摘要：
This paper addresses partnership issues in a supply chain. Supplier relationships are addressed and categorized. In addition, using product types as the basis, partnerships are categorized. The paper proposes five characteristics of partnership and discusses the emphasis of different partnerships. Finally, appropriate tactics corresponding to these characteiistics are proffered.
