摘要：
Local government areas of soft strength construction are a far-reaching subject, which is still both in theory and in practice in the stage of exploration. This paper expounds the connotation of regional cultural soft power, a careful analysis of the regional cultural soft strength influence factors, and analyzes the regional cultural soft power construction to perfect the governance of local government function, and then put forward the region that want to show itself in the fierce competition of cultural soft power of culture talent and occupy the commanding point of competition must take countermeasures.
