Current topic principals? No principles!

This article, following on from the author's previous article, "Dealing in death", reconsiders the potential liability for manslaughter of those implicated in a death from drug overdose, in the light of recent Court of Appeal decisions. It concludes that the Court's anxiety to secure conviction has led them to an unacceptable departure from general principles in relation to both causation and the distinction between principals and accessories.
