摘要：
The regional economic development of Dalian in Northeast Asia is the problem of regional economics. Under the cooperation conditions of location and industry advantage, international environment of globalization and prosperous strategy of traditional industry base in Northeast China, Dalian should strengthen self-construction, regional cooperation and economic opening rate in order to improve the competition of Dalian in Northeast Asia cooperation.
