摘要：

Under the topic of innovation research on the vocational personnel training mode, with Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy as the research object, the principle for police academy service informatization was analyzed. And the effective strategy for vocational personnel training and prison informatization was discussed, from the angles of changing educational philosophy, adjusting personnel training mode, improving the teaching staff team and setting-up of services team for prison informatization.
