Study on the Risks in Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation in China

Industry-University-Research (IUR) is an innovative system. The researches of the risks of Industry-University-Research (IUR) in China mainly focus on objective risk, moral risk, technology risk, interests risk and market risk etc. This article further points out that innovation in IUR is also confronted with other risks, such as system risks, environment risks and not continuous technological innovation risk and so on. And these specific risks to the IUR cooperation could be detrimental risks, may also bring "advantages risks". Furthermore, this article puts forward that it needs better guard against the risks of IUR cooperation with effective measures which contain the signing of "flexible" contracts, the establishment of venture capital markets and the improvement of human capita real options regulation.
