摘要
Wood is from time immemorial a widely used renewable natural raw material. Because of its characteristic features, it has found its entirely unsubstitutable position in assorted areas. One of these areas concerns glued wood lamellae, which is construction material of standard production, for which the required removal of all non-permissible wood faults. To attain this requirement, the faults are manipulated and the individual wood lamellae are re-glued to increase the resultant strength as much as possible. For further increase of strength characteristics, a new type of glue on polyurethane base was tested. Better mechanical physical characteristics are assumed for material made in this way. The main objective of this work is to compare the strength characteristics of glued wood lamellae made from various types of wood and glued using various types of glue.
