摘要：
Platinum(II) dinuclear complexes with 1-alkyluracil, 1-alkylthymine and cyclic imide derivatives, which have cytotoxic activity toward cancer cells, are characterized from the standpoint of inorganic chemistry. Some structures of the synthesized complexes are determined by x-ray analysis. Chemical reactivity (electrophilicity) of the complexes can be examined by their reaction with chloride anion and their hydrophobicity can be estimated by a HPLC method and a semi-empirical molecular orbital calculation.
