摘要：

Anticipatory breach system is an important system in contract law in China. It is set up to avoid the risk during the period from the contract taking effect to the starting of the performance period. This paper analyzes the concept and features of the system of anticipatory breach of contract, points out the defects of the system of anticipatory breach of contract in our country and puts forward some suggestions for its improvement.
