摘要
The laser self-mixing interference (SMI) with two-external-cavity feedback used with a semiconductor laser is proposed and validated in the time and frequency domain. Simulation and experimental results show that mixed SMI signal is the sum of two independent SMI signals under weak feedback. This structure can measure two vibrations simultaneously using only a single detector and a single laser. (C) 2018 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE)
