摘要
We report measurements and traceability of terahertz wavelength and frequency. Terahertz frequency comb is used for traceability of terahertz frequency. Frequency of a stable source is precisely measured with optical rectification and photoconductive antenna detection. A Fabry-Perot interferometer is constructed for terahertz wavelength and frequency measurements. The measurement results are traceable to terahertz frequency comb, and frequency of an instable source are traceably measured. With the interferometer and the terahertz frequency comb measurement setup, the measurement and traceability of terahertz wavelength and frequency are realized.
