摘要
Comparing with general side-looking strip-map SAR, the signal property of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) spotlight SAR is much more complex and the current method for forward velocity extraction is no longer valid. In this paper, the relationship between the Doppler rate of the spotlight SAR and the motion of the UAV platform is revealed, and a novel approach for forward velocity extraction is proposed. Simulations are presented and analyzed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
