摘要
This research examines alternative Fintech financing as an opportunity of the 4th Industrial Revolution for SMEs to adopt new business models and acquire resources more easily and affordably than through the financial system. The documentary investigation used scientific works on these topics as well as documents published by international organizations that study SMEs. The findings show that Fintechs facilitate the financial inclusion of SMEs through crowdfunding, and suggest that these organizations should adopt the business models of the 4th Industrial Revolution, considering the combination of their technological operations with social impact and human resources, and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies and models.
