QUALITATIVE META-ANALYSIS ON THE RESEARCH IN SCIENCE TEACHER EDUCATION

摘要
The aim is to understand how studies that address the training potential of action research, in the training of Science Teachers, shape action research methodologically. Research is a qualitative approach of the kind of qualitative meta-analysis. The corpus of analysis included the search for specific terms (n=10), in the Journal Portal Capes and in national and international journals indexed with high extract Qualis. The texts were selected after reading the abstracts and the method section. The corpus consisted of 11 method sections among the articles selected according to the topic. The data were analyzed through textual discursive analysis. Three categories emerged from the analysis: i) research contexts; ii) possible action-research cycles; and iii) data analysis. The main conclusion indicates that the investigations analysed partially follow the action-research criteria.
