The Implicit Legal Security in Modern Security

Addressing such an issue requires a lot of reasoning and becomes a challenge the more the scientific research deepens. In our research we put the accent on two elements : such a thematic digression was undertaken and accomplished very little so far; novelty approaches and results of scientific research become fully obvious and at the same time provocative. We have proposed as a working hypothesis to first define the concept and then distribute the knowledge effort to more complex developments, such as, for example, aspects regarding the legal norm application like non-retroactivity, accessibility, predictability and end with the unitary interpretation in the analyzed system.
