Domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between corporate culture and performance research shows that corporate culture will affect the ability of employees to play, behavior and organizational performance, a positive corporate culture can contribute to become the industry leader, on the contrary, the negative corporate culture has a negative effect on organizational performance. Since the beginning of the new century, with the all-round revival of traditional culture in various fields of society, many enterprises are gradually deepening their efforts to learn and practice traditional culture. This paper explores how corporate culture is reconstructed in the process of studying and practicing Chinese traditional culture by Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. and analyses how traditional culture promotes the improvement of organization performance based on the balanced scorecard model.
