摘要：

Correlations for the design of side channel machines as pump and compressor are presented, wish allow the calculation of the geometry of the fluid leading components. Sample calculations demonstrate the use of those correlations as well as comparative considerations regarding radial turbo engines. The considerations are based on the use of the "CORDIER"-diagram together with the corresponding characteristic numbers.
