On the cooperation between the self-organization and the organization

摘要：
There are both the self-organization phenoma and organization actions in complex systems with man's participation. It is shown that the self-organization / organization cooperation is realized through the linking between decision variables and order parameters. Furthermore, the cooperation principle and patterns of the self-organization / organization cooperation are studied.
